Business Valuation Masterclass with Prof. Aswath Damodaran

12–13 November 2026
09:00 AM – 05:00 PM Singapore Time
Four Points by Sheraton, Singapore

Master the Craft of Business Valuation

There are many different models for valuing businesses and stocks, but behind them are common foundations.

This Business Valuation Masterclass explores those shared foundations and demonstrates how different valuation approaches connect.

The programme begins with Discounted Cash Flow valuation, including the practical challenges involved in estimating discount rates, cash flows and expected growth.

It then moves into more complex valuation situations across different business life cycles and industries before examining relative valuation and how businesses can be valued by comparing how similar companies are priced by the market.

Prof. Aswath Damodaran is the Kerschner Family Chair Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
